These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Number Workshop (the "Game"), published by SparkGrid Games ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Game

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement. The Game requires an internet connection, because your progress is stored on our servers rather than on your device.

2. Accounts & devices

You can play without signing in. On first launch the Game creates a guest save identified by a random, anonymous device ID.

You may optionally link a Google or Apple account so your progress can follow you to another device. You are responsible for keeping access to any account you link — if you lose access to it, you may lose access to the progress attached to it.

Each device may be signed in to one account at a time, though a single account may be used across several of your devices. Switching a device to a different account disconnects that device from the previous save.

3. In-app purchases

The Game offers optional purchases for in-game coins, an ad-free experience, and similar items. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by Apple's or Google's own refund policies.
Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Purchases are tied to the account that made them. If you abandon a guest save without linking an account, purchases made on it may not be recoverable.

4. Game data

Your progress is stored on our servers under your account. We make reasonable efforts to keep it safe, but we do not guarantee that progress, coins, or virtual items will always be preserved.

Important: if you play as a guest and never link a Google or Apple account, your save exists only under your device's anonymous ID. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its app data, or moving to a new device will disconnect you from that ID — and with it, your progress. Linking an account is the only way to protect against this, and we are not responsible for progress lost this way.

5. Nicknames & leaderboards

The Game has public leaderboards. Your nickname and score are visible to other players, so choose a nickname you are comfortable showing publicly.

Nicknames must not be offensive, harassing, impersonating, or unlawful. We may change or reset a nickname that breaches this, without notice.

6. Rules

You may not:

Use bots, scripts, modified clients, or other automation to play the Game
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage, including to place on leaderboards
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Game or its servers
Attempt to access another player's account or data
Use the Game for any illegal purpose

7. Suspension & deletion

Breaking the rules above may result in your scores being removed from leaderboards, your progress being reset, or your access being suspended, without notice or refund.

You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the Game, or, if you can no longer open the Game, by emailing sparkgridgames@gmail.com. See Delete your account for the full steps. Deletion is permanent: progress, coins, and purchased items cannot be restored afterwards.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Game — including graphics, code, music, puzzle content, and virtual items — is owned by SparkGrid Games. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

9. Third-party services

The Game uses Google AdMob and the ad networks it works with (Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize and AppLovin) to show ads, and Google and Apple sign-in for optional account linking. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies — see our Privacy Policy for details. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services.

10. Disclaimer

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPARKGRID GAMES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROGRESS OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
